A high level of determination and work ethics. Must have social media presence. Meet with clients to assess their property needs. Excellent communication skills Presentable, confident, enthusiastic, proactive and assertive with a willingness to work on your own initiative. Excellent command of English is mandatory. Initiate sales as well as marketing activities, including phone calls, e-mails, online postings plus face-to-face meetings, designed to identify engage prospective new clients. Ability to work independently, combined with excellent interpersonal skills. Motivated by high performance and earnings, but also giving great service. We provide dedicated budget for marketing to support our agents, with Qualifies Leads. In-house marketing and admin team to support agents with photography, property listings on portals, and social media. Generous Online portal listing support.
