About the Role:

We are looking for a

motivated and results-driven Residential Real Estate Agent

to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will specialize in residential properties, assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting homes across the city. This is a commission-based role, offering unlimited earning potential for ambitious professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties in Abu Dhabi. Conduct market research and comparative analysis to provide clients with accurate property valuations. Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, buyers, and investors. Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently. Stay updated on market trends, legal regulations, and industry developments. Promote properties through various marketing channels, including social media and networking events. Provide expert guidance on investment opportunities and property financing options.

Requirements:

Proven experience in residential real estate sales

(minimum 2-3 years preferred). Strong negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's residential real estate market and regulations. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. UAE driving license and own vehicle is a plus. Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Spanish are a plus.
