Position Overview:
We're seeking a motivated and personable Residential Leasing Consultant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a passion for real estate and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet prospective residents and provide tours of available units Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and lease agreements Assist with marketing efforts including social media, signage, and outreach Conduct background checks and verify application information Ensure model units and common areas are clean and presentable Support move-in and move-out processes with professionalism and care Collaborate with property management to meet occupancy goals
Qualifications:
Candidates need to have their own personal vehicules Previous leasing or sales experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in CRM or property management software Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
