Residential Consultant
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities :

• Buy, sell, and lease resale residential and commercial properties across the UAE, focusing on Dubai's secondary market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and property investors.
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing trends, and investment potential.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and manage contracts to ensure smooth transactions.
• Generate and manage leads through referrals, digital marketing, and professional networking.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets; contribute to team performance and KPIs.

Requirements :

• Proven sales experience
• Secondary market experience
• Strong negotiation skills
• Presentation skills
• Self-motivated
• Goal-oriented
• Client relationship building
• Excellent communication

Preferred Qualifications :

• RERA knowledge or license (company provides RERA license)
• Experience with CRM systems
• Prior work in Dubai real estate market
• Familiarity with off-plan and resale transactions
• Multilingual ability (Arabic, English preferred)
