Job Description
Job Title: Resident Engineer
Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience Required:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in UAE projects
- Proven experience in large-scale industrial projects
- Extensive background in Engineering Consultancy
- Strong knowledge of Dubai-specific project management, standards, and regulations
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of project execution, including construction, design implementation, and site supervision
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and specifications
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, contractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met
- Lead and coordinate the engineering team to resolve any project-related issues
- Ensure safety, quality control, and adherence to local authority regulations throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Prior experience in leading industrial-scale projects within Dubai
- Strong understanding of local authority approvals and processes
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
