Resident Engineer - Warehouse ProjectLocation:
KIZAD, Abu Dhabi, UAEAvailability:
Immediate joiners preferred
Experience Required:
Minimum
10+ years of UAE experience
, with a strong background inwarehouse or industrial projects
Must have handledengineering consultancy roles
on large-scale projects Proven experience withADM approvals
,ADDC coordination
, and other Abu Dhabi authority procedures Deep understanding of theBuilding Completion (BC) process
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage
day-to-day site activities
for the warehouse project in KIZAD Ensure execution aligns withproject drawings, specifications, and timelines
Supervise construction progress, quality control, and ensuresafety compliance
at all stages Coordinate and follow up withADM, ADDC, Civil Defense, and other local authorities
for timely approvals and inspections Liaise betweenclient, consultants, and contractors
to ensure all technical and regulatory issues are resolved Drive progress towardsuccessful Building Completion
and handoverRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering
(or equivalent) Prior consultancy experience inindustrial/warehouse projects within Abu Dhabi
Sound knowledge ofAbu Dhabi Development Guidelines
andauthority regulations
Excellentleadership, coordination, and communication
