Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor with a strong background in overseeing high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction supervision, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, timelines, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with approved plans, specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Monitor daily site operations, resolving design, materials, or execution issues promptly.
Oversee the performance of construction personnel and engineering teams to ensure efficient and high-quality work.
Inspect materials and construction methods to verify compliance with specifications and approved standards.
Maintain accurate site documentation, including progress reports, field notes, technical evaluations, and maintenance records.
Coordinate and manage maintenance activities for construction systems and associated equipment.
Assist in planning and implementing preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and ensure efficiency.
Evaluate and recommend improvements to construction processes, resource allocation, and job specifications.
Liaise with stakeholders to coordinate schedules, outages, and required adjustments.
Respond promptly to inquiries and provide technical support throughout project phases.
Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
Participate in the assessment and evaluation of engineering personnel.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in construction supervision, with at least 5 years on high-rise building projects.
Proven track record of managing site activities, coordinating engineering teams, and ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry best practices.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, sound decisions on-site.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Effective communication skills and ability to liaise with contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
Familiarity with project management tools and MS Office Suite; knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit is an advantage.
