The Residences Manager directs and controls day-to-day operations of the Residential team which includes Concierge and Guest Services team.
They will be the liaison between Residential Division and supporting hotel departments to ensure all service requests from owners and tenants are completed in a timely manner, to the highest standards of execution.
Their primary responsibilities are to ensure the service standards delivered to the residents are of the highest level in keeping with the Four Seasons brand.
The Residences Manager will assist in training of all Residential team members, and provide regular performance feedback.
They will be responsible for overseeing the control of Residential inventory, including all software that tracks leased apartments occupied by tenants and ensuring accurate accounting of all a la carte services.
The Residences Manager will assist the Director of Residences by completing regular tours of the residences to continuously preserve and improve the product, ensuring that all areas of the residences are properly staffed to handle demand periods.
In the absence of the Director of Residences, be the first contact for any owner/tenant needs & concerns, ensuring the highest level of service and responsiveness.
Assist owners/tenants with Use Privileges, handle resident complaints, concierge service and respond to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons' policies
Handle all resident interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve resident complaints; assist residents in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, in-house events, directions, local attractions, pre-arrival needs, etc. Assist with new owner orientations to their residence & hotel.
Ensure all required policies and procedures are signed & understood.
Be the liaison between residences and hotel departments to ensure owners/tenants are welcomed & recognized throughout the hotel.
Assist Director of Residences in preparing annual budget
Create & maintain resident charge account, ensuring the accurate billing, tracking of resident spend throughout the departments and monthly payments are collected.
Be the lead for the 'PR Elite Program', accurately documenting owner / guest preferences and special requests, in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Train Concierge & Guest services staff, discipline as necessary, and conduct performance appraisals.
Schedule staff according to budgeted guidelines, while ensuring maximum service to guests.
Complete all necessary payroll records.
Follow all local and corporate policies and procedures
To provide a friendly and professional service that always exceeds guests' expectations.
To ensure you read the hotel's employee handbook and have an understanding of and adhere to the hotel's rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
To undertake other duties and responsibilities which, while outside the normal routine, are within the overall scope of the position.
To report for duty punctually wearing professional attire.
To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the hotel and department personal appearance standards.
To comply with local legislation as required.
To maintain good working relationships with your colleagues and all other departments through working by The Golden Rule.
To respond to any changes in the division as dictated by the needs of the industry, company or hotel.
To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments/areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs.
Conduct and attend training sessions as outlined.
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Director of Residences

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • College degree
  • Previous experience in Residential or Rooms Division, preferably in a luxury setting.
  • 2-4 years of management experience
  • Excellent command of English
Work Authorization:-
The hotel will apply for work authorization for a successful candidate.
