Position Overview:

The role of a Residential Engineer at a project site in Dubai is to oversee and manage the construction and development of residential buildings. Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Manage and coordinate the construction activities of residential buildings from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project plans, budgets, and schedules.

2. Design Review: Review architectural and engineering designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and project requirements.

3. Construction Supervision: Supervise and monitor the construction progress, quality of workmanship, and safety compliance on-site, resolving any technical issues that arise during the construction phase.
