About the Role:

We are looking for a

Reservations Specialist

with experience in the holiday home or short-term rental industry to join our team immediately. The right candidate will have a proven ability to

convert leads into confirmed bookings

and provide a seamless reservation experience for guests.

This role is ideal for someone motivated, guest-focused, and capable of driving revenue through excellent service and prompt follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and respond to guest inquiries across platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and direct leads Convert incoming leads into confirmed reservations Manage booking calendars and ensure accurate availability across all portals Communicate with guests pre-arrival and support them during their stay Work closely with operations and housekeeping to ensure smooth check-ins/outs Maintain reservation records and coordinate payment tracking Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest issues efficiently

Requirements:

Holiday home or short-term rental experience is a must

Proven ability to convert sales leads and drive bookings Strong communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in reservation systems and Excel Highly organized and detail-oriented Must be based in Dubai and ready to start by

23rd May 2025

Compensation:

Basic Salary:

AED 5,000 per month

Commission:

Paid on each confirmed booking or lead conversion
