:
As a Reservations Specialist you will be working in our flagship hotel in the HUB. Passionate about guests service responsible for providing a quality end to end service for all reservations segments, often working with repeat guests and building rapport with them through their bookings.
What will I be doing?
- Working within a team to answer all calls and emails following the brand standards
- Provide exceptional customer services and effectively and professionally manage all reservations for guests
- Book and manage reservations through the reservations system
- Qualify and generate Sales Leads for the sales team to acquire new clients
- Ensure that the system and booking documentation are accurate and up to date
- Configure rates in Opera PMS system based
- Possess guest service skills and excellent communication skills
- Detailed & Customer service orientated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to handle multitude of tasks in an intense, ever changing environment while remaining calm, collective and accurate
- Able to type 25 words per minute
- Computer literacy in Windows, MS Office Suite, CRS systems is an added advantage
- Advanced English language
- You will be likely to have minimum of one year experience in Reservation department of a branded hotel
- High School Diploma preferred
