African Queen Restaurant, is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Reservations Agent to join the team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in fine-dining or hospitality reservations, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
Responsibilities include managing booking inquiries through various platforms, coordinating with the reception and operations teams, maintaining accurate reservation records, and ensuring a smooth and personalized guest booking experience. Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Graduate (preferably in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field).
Experience: Prior experience in fine-dining or hospitality reservations preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
Proficiency with reservation management systems and MS Office
Customer-focused with a professional and polite demeanor
