Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, or in-person interactions, and assist guests in making, modifying, or canceling reservations.
Provide clear and detailed information to guests regarding available services, facilities, and amenities, and respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate booking details / availability and collaborate with the front office team for a seamless check-in and check-out process.
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing guests\' needs / preferences and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
Promote additional services, packages, or amenities to enhance the guest experience. Upsell where possible to maximize revenue opportunities. Maintain accurate records of reservations, ensuring all information is up-to-date. Generate reports as required by management.
