- Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, or in-person interactions, and assist guests in making, modifying, or canceling reservations.
- Provide clear and detailed information to guests regarding available services, facilities, and amenities, and respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate booking details / availability and collaborate with the front office team for a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing guests\' needs / preferences and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Promote additional services, packages, or amenities to enhance the guest experience. Upsell where possible to maximize revenue opportunities. Maintain accurate records of reservations, ensuring all information is up-to-date. Generate reports as required by management.
