We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Reservations Agent (Turkish Speaker) to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for handling reservations, providing information, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences for our Turkish-speaking clientele.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from Turkish-speaking customers regarding reservations, bookings, and travel information
Process reservations accurately and efficiently using our reservation systems and booking tools
Provide detailed information about our products, services, pricing, and policies to customers
Assist customers with modifying or canceling existing reservations
Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services when appropriate
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions, special offers, and travel regulations
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth customer experiences
Achieve performance targets and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings
Qualifications
Fluency in Turkish and English (written and verbal) is essential
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
Strong customer service orientation and empathetic approach to problem-solving
Proficiency in reservation systems and booking tools
Basic computer skills, including MS Office and email applications
Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry is a plus
Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry is advantageous
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
