. Provide exceptional, friendly and engaging service . Assist the client in booking his/her day by gathering the necessary information. Maximizes room occupancy and income, in line with sales strategies, while carrying out a regular check of availability. Manage group bookings in liaison with the sales team. Qualifications Your experience and skills include: . Essential customer service quality; A similar experience is a plus . My knowledge of Opera or equivalent software.
