Position Overview
Jumeirah Group, a global leader in luxury hospitality and part of Dubai Holding, is seeking a dedicated and service-driven Reservations Agent to join the team at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, Dubai's newest luxury lifestyle destination. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest service through efficient reservation handling, upselling, and customer engagement while ensuring brand standards and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Represent and uphold the Jumeirah brand by demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and brand hallmarks in all interactions.
Handle all guest reservations promptly and accurately across multiple communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
Proactively promote Jumeirah's global portfolio of hotels, restaurants, and services while maximizing revenue through effective upselling.
Achieve performance targets related to revenue, productivity, quality, and customer service.
Ensure all guest information, bookings, and profiles are accurately entered and maintained within the reservation system.
Handle and resolve customer queries, modifications, and special requests promptly and courteously.
Support the team in achieving compliance with global standards including LQA, Forbes, and IFH call quality benchmarks.
Maintain a deep understanding of the property's rooms, packages, and offers to provide accurate and engaging recommendations to guests.
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Ideal Profile
Experience in hospitality, customer service, or reservations, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
College-level education or equivalent.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent telephone etiquette.
Proficiency in reservation systems and basic computer applications.
A collaborative team player with a positive, solution-oriented approach.
Ability to handle guest requests professionally, maintaining a calm and courteous demeanor under pressure.
