Position Overview
We are hiring a Reservations Agent for a luxury hotel in Dubai, part of the renowned Accor network. As the first point of contact for future guests, you will be instrumental in creating a welcoming and seamless booking experience. This role is perfect for someone with a guest-first attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Core Duties

  • Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and system channels
  • Ensure all guest information is accurately recorded and updated in the reservations system
  • Maximize room revenue through effective up-selling and promotional strategies
  • Respond to guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism and efficiency
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room types, packages, and hotel offerings
  • Recommend facilities and services to enhance the guest booking experience
  • Support the front office with accurate rooming lists and last-minute updates
Candidate Requirements
  • Prior experience as a reservations agent or in a guest-facing hospitality role
  • Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems is preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
  • Attention to detail and a calm, solutions-oriented approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility for shifts
