to join our travel team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of airline ticketing including issuance, reissuance, voiding, cancellations, modifications. This role demands precision, knowledge of GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Issue international and domestic air tickets using GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
Reissue, void, and modify tickets as per client requests and airline guidelines.
Handle ticket cancellations and process refunds in coordination with the airlines.
Ensure accuracy of ticketing, including fare calculations, taxes, and penalties.
Communicate with airlines for fare rules, schedule changes, and penalty clarifications.
Keep track of PNRs, ticket deadlines, and unutilized segments.
Maintain records of ticket transactions and ensure accurate billing and documentation.
Provide support to the sales and operations team for any ticketing-related queries.
Stay updated with airline policies, fare changes, and ticketing system updates.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Ticketing Executive or similar role in the travel industry.
Proficient in GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre (mandatory).
Knowledge of international and domestic fare rules and ticketing procedures.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
