Job Description

We are looking for detail-oriented reservation agents to assist our customers with their booking needs. You will provide various planning and booking services, including answering customers' questions, making travel suggestions, and booking rooms and tickets. To be successful as a Reservation Agent you must be able to work with minimal supervision and have excellent customer service skills. Additionally, you should be able to up-sell and have excellent knowledge of our inventory and properties details. Reservation Agent Responsibilities:

• Assisting and advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of travel options.
• Answering inquiries that are coming through our various communication channels.
• Checking and updating the availability of our portfolio.
• Communicating with our guests before arrival to make sure we connect them with our guest relations officers.
• Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
• Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers about our available inventory.
• Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
• Converting indirect guests to be coming through our direct booking channels.

Reservation Agent Requirements:

• Customer-service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proficient in microsoft office suite.
• Data entry experience.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Hospitality and Reservations: 2 years (Preferred)
