This hotel features 213 deluxe rooms and suites overlooking the scenic coastline, a fully equipped fitness centre with kid\xe2\x80\x99s and adult\'s pools, a choice for conference and meetings, also features two ballrooms, etc We have an exciting opportunity for you as Reservations Supervisor to join our enthusiastic team at Crowne Plaza Duqm.

As a Reservations Supervisor, you are responsible for assisting in managing all the respective Reservation functions in order to meet the strategic business objectives. The role involves the development and implementation of strategies and policies and will include key responsibilities such as: A little taste of your day-to-day

Maintain effective communication on all reservations made to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
Check the no-show record as well as the pending reservation
Check the VIP arrival, and special requests and check traces to action
Check the system on reservations for the next two weeks and inform the sales team to fulfil sales leads accordingly
Show complete product knowledge, understand rate structure and apply rate management
Check on pending visas or expiring visas which need to exit the country
Preparing revenue reports based on business needs. What we need from you Ideally, you\xe2\x80\x99ll have previous experience as a Reservations Supervisor and at least one year experience in 4 or 5-star hotel properties. and are looking for the next challenge in your career. You\xe2\x80\x99ll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enthusiasm to work within a team, experience in delivering a high level of the guest experience in a hotel environment and conflict resolution.
