This hotel features 213 deluxe rooms and suites overlooking the scenic coastline, a fully equipped fitness centre with kid\xe2\x80\x99s and adult\'s pools, a choice for conference and meetings, also features two ballrooms, etc We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Recreation Supervisor at Crowne Plaza Duqm. You will Interact with guests in an engaging and friendly attitude and promote the hotel\'s recreation activities and facilities to guests. Ensure safety for all guests and colleagues. Monitor all colleagues and ensure smooth operations at all times. See to it that all team members are working properly and carrying out duties as directed. Responsible for weekly scheduling and may be asked to assist the Manager with time sheets. your day-to-day:

• Promote teamwork and quality service through regular communication and coordination with managers, team members, and other departments.
• Process payments or other transactions (such as issuing bands or cards) with guests for recreation activities or facility use.
• Administer and monitor recreation activities and create or present reports as requested.
• Monitor and ensure adequate supplies of recreation or safety equipment and first aid items.
• Lead and participate in the pool and other recreational activities.
• Maintain a clean, neat and organized recreation area.
• Respond calmly and react quickly to emergencies.
• Act as a lifeguard and render first aid or CPR as needed.
• Clean designated areas and equipment and inspect accordingly for any hazards.
• Monitor the cleanliness of swimming pools and surrounding areas.
• May assist with other duties as required.

What We need from you: Ideally, you\'ll have a minimum of one year demonstrated experience in a similar role in a four or five-star hotel, the ability to demonstrate working with and engaging teams from different cultures, strong verbal and written communication skills along with being quality-oriented with a focus on details, high-performance standards, able to multi-task & meet deadlines and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
