\xe2\x88\x99 Manage the booking system, large amount of incoming phone calls for Yacht Tours \xe2\x88\x99 Identify and assess customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs to achieve satisfaction \xe2\x88\x99 Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication \xe2\x88\x99 Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools \xe2\x88\x99 Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas \xe2\x88\x99 Handles logistics, customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution \xe2\x88\x99 Coordinate with the operations department \xe2\x88\x99 Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents \xe2\x88\x99 Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies \xe2\x88\x99 Take the extra mile to engage customers Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai Marina: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
