Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Handling hotel reservations from all the markets, Assisting will tailor made requests including hotel accommodation, tours, transfer and other services KEY ACTIVITIES
- Provide fast and accurate replies for all the requests
- Offer exceptional customer service, which exceeds all customers' expectations
- Manage hotel reservations and all ground handling requests
- Communicate with the agents via email, skype and whatsapp
- 3-4 years previous experience in local Destination Management Company
- Experienced with online and offline reservations
- Reservation Agent: 2 years (Required)
- Reservation Officer: 2 years (Preferred)
- Hotel or Destination Management Company: 2 years (Preferred)
