Reservation Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated

Reservation Manager

with

2-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry

. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of

IDS software

and

Tally ERP

, excellent customer service skills, and a proven track record in managing room reservations, optimizing occupancy, and coordinating with multiple hotel departments.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee daily reservation operations, including room bookings, group reservations, and corporate accounts. Maintain accurate reservation records and update all bookings in

IDS software

. Manage billing, invoicing, and reports using

Tally ERP

. Monitor room inventory, pricing, and availability to maximize revenue. Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Finance departments for smooth operations. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on occupancy, reservations, and revenue. Train and supervise the reservations team for high service standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.

2-3 years of experience in reservations within hotels or resorts.

Proficiency in IDS software and Tally ERP is mandatory.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and proactive in resolving issues. Knowledge of room inventory management, rate structures, and OTAs.

Immediate joining candidates

will be preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
