To assist the Reservation Manager in managing the Reservations Department and work closely with Marketing and Sales and other relevant Rooms Departments to maximise Room Yield through Inventory Control while delivering exceptional customer service in line with the Hyatt\xe2\x80\x99s Brand Standards.
Qualifications:
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Associate in either Reservation or Front Office, or as Team Leader in Front Office. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
