Job Description
Offer an exceptional and attractive service offer to customers
Guarantee the best selection for the customer and the best profits through the service offer
Recommend the facilities and services of the establishment, and assist customers and their requests
Accompany the customer during the booking process
Help grow room revenue and occupancy
Optimize the hotel's turnover through the sale of additional services: catering, transfers, Spa
Manage national or international booking requests
Improve data entry quality and processing time
Ensure a personalized welcome for our VIP customers
Create the list of expected arrivals and update it after any cancellation or modification
Process prepayment and send detailed confirmations to customer
Provide assistance to customers who wish to modify or cancel the reservation
Track future room availability
