Receive and process hotel room reservations via phone, email, online systems, and walk-ins
Provide accurate information about room availability, rates, promotions, and hotel amenities
Enter, update, and maintain reservation details in the property management system (PMS)
Confirm, modify, or cancel reservations as requested by guests
Upsell rooms, packages, and hotel services to maximize revenue
Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, and sales departments to ensure room availability
Resolve guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and local attractions
Ensure compliance with company standards, data protection, and payment procedures
Requirements:
Previous experience in hotel reservations, front office, or customer service preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service and sales skills
Ability to work with reservation systems and basic computer applications
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
