About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Reservations Agent cum Admin

to join our growing Holiday Homes team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests and will manage the end-to-end booking process across multiple vacation rental platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and synchronize listings on

Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO,

and other major holiday home portals. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, booking requests, and messages. Coordinate check-in/check-out schedules and ensure guest details are accurately recorded. Handle administrative tasks including filing, updating Excel sheets, and basic reporting. Liaise with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure properties are guest-ready.

Requirements

Experience:

Proven experience in the Dubai Short-Term Rental / Holiday Home industry is a must.

Platform Expertise:

Expert-level knowledge of

Airbnb and Booking.com

(Extranets/Dashboards).

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Organizational Skills:

High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Availability:

Must be currently based in Dubai and ready to join.

Compensation

Probation Period:

AED 2,500 per month (3 months)

Post-Probation:

AED 3,500 per month (based on performance). Standard UAE Labor Law benefits (Visa, Insurance, etc.).
