Dubai Marine is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Reservation Agent

to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing hotel and travel bookings, ensuring smooth coordination, timely responses, and excellent service for clients across all the markets. This role is perfect for someone eager to grow in the travel and hospitality industry while delivering exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in handling hotel and service reservations accurately and efficiently. Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and phone. Support senior reservation agents in managing booking requests and confirmations. Ensure all reservation details are correctly recorded and updated in the system. Maintain clear communication with suppliers, hotels, and clients to ensure smooth operations. Follow company procedures for reservation handling and client communication. Provide excellent customer service by resolving basic queries and escalating complex cases when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum

1 to 2 year

of experience in a

hotel reservation department

within the UAE. Basic understanding of both

offline and online reservation systems.

Strong communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication. Customer-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
