About the Role:

We are looking for a

highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Executive

to join our

Reservations & Execution Team

. The ideal candidate will have

5+ years of hands-on experience

using

GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)

and

OTA platforms

worldwide, along with strong operational expertise in handling

flights, hotel bookings, tours, transfers, and visas

.

You must be confident with

GDS commands

, possess valid

GDS certifications

, and hold a

Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Hotel Management

. A diploma in

IATA Travel & Tourism

,

International Travel Operations

, or

Hospitality Management

would be a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and issue

flight bookings

using GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo), including fare rules, rebooking, cancellations, and refunds Handle

hotel reservations

via global OTA platforms and direct with DMCs or hotel suppliers Process and track

visa applications

, coordinate with embassies or visa agencies, and ensure timely submission and follow-up Confirm and coordinate

transfers, tours, and activities

for inbound and outbound clients Ensure all bookings are accurate, timely, and aligned with client preferences and budget Communicate with internal sales and customer service teams to ensure proper service execution Collaborate with global suppliers and partners for confirmations, special requests, or emergency changes Issue travel documents, vouchers, and itineraries with accuracy and professionalism Maintain and update internal systems with booking statuses and customer details Stay up to date with airline fare structures, tourism trends, and destination requirements

Requirements:

Minimum

5 years of proven experience

in travel reservations and operations Expert-level proficiency in

Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo

(must know full GDS commands) Certified in at least one

GDS system

(Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) - attach proof Strong knowledge of global

OTA platforms

(e.g., Expedia TAAP, Hotelbeds, GTA, Travco, WebBeds, etc.) Bachelor's degree in

Tourism, Hospitality, or Hotel Management

(required) Additional certification/diploma in

IATA Travel & Tourism

,

Global Distribution Systems

, or

Hospitality Operations

is preferred Excellent organizational and communication skills High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Fluent in English; other languages (Arabic, Russian, French, etc.) are a plus

Preferred Diplomas/Certifications:

We recommend candidates hold or pursue at least one of the following:

IATA Diploma in Travel & Tourism Consultant

(Level 2 or 3)

IATA Global Distribution Systems (GDS) Ticketing Certification

Diploma in Hospitality & Tourism Management

from a recognized institution

Certificate in International Travel Operations Management

CRS/GDS Advanced Booking & Fare Construction Training
