We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused

Reservations Agent

to join our team and deliver an outstanding booking experience to our valued guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online channels in a professional and timely manner. Maximize room sales by upselling and promoting hotel services, packages, and special offers. Ensure all reservations are accurately entered into the system, following hotel policies and procedures. Maintain effective communication with other departments (Front Office, Sales, Revenue) to ensure guest requirements are met. Assist with inquiries regarding rates, availability, hotel facilities, and services. Follow up on pending bookings and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the pre-arrival stage. Support the Reservations Manager in achieving departmental goals.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a reservations, front office, or call center role in the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage. Familiarity with Opera PMS or similar hotel reservation systems is desirable. Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A positive, professional attitude with a passion for guest service.
