The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a professional experience from the initial reservation process.
Deliver professional and efficient customer service to all guests
Manage incoming calls, emails, and online reservation requests with utmost professionalism
Optimize revenue through strategic recommendation of additional services and amenities
Provide comprehensive information about our property, facilities, and accommodate special requests
Ensure accurate processing of reservations, including correct recording of all guest details and preferences
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and address any concerns
Maintain current knowledge of promotions, rates, and availability to provide precise information
Demonstrate thorough understanding of the property's policies, procedures, and services
Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
Contribute to the achievement of team objectives and uphold high standards of service
Qualifications
Exceptional customer service skills with a guest-focused personality
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in reservation systems and basic computer applications
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Experience in hospitality or customer service roles (preferred)
Knowledge of the hospitality industry and current trends (preferred)
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
