Job Requirements:

High school / Hotel Management.
Min. 1 year experience as reservation agent with 4 / 5 Star Hotels / fine dining restaurants.
Good telephone manners and communication skills.
Should be able to handle incoming reservations received through telephone, fax, email or online and responds to all requests as per policies and procedures.
