Job Description
Reporting to the Reservations Manager, the Reservations Agent is responsible for handling inquiries through phone or email inquiries pertaining to room reservations with a focus on revenue maximization and quality. The agent at all times meets and exceeds performance standards while maintaining exceptional service levels for guest satisfaction and maximizing potential company revenue by applying the Company standards rules and policies with RESPONSIBILITIES Minimum of 1-2 Years of Reservation Experience in Hotel or Travel Agency Immediately Available Should have knowledge of B2B and B2C Portals and reservation systems. Should have knowledge of Hotelbeds, DOTW, TBO Holidays and other suppliers extranet basic knowledge. Good skills in Microsoft Outlook and MS Office and atleast basic calculation in Excel. Good candidate will get batter salaires with VISA and other benefits as per UAE LAW.
