Just a stone's throw from the many favorite sights of the Qatari capital, the hotel will welcome guests and locals to experience its 283 guest rooms, including suites and serviced apartments, and to enjoy a multitude of unique dining options.
We create truly memorable experiences for our guests -- and you could be the secret ingredient. We're looking for a Reservations Agent who brings energy, attention to detail, and a passion for service to every interaction. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, helping set the tone for an exceptional stay by delivering accurate, efficient, and personalized reservation services.
A glimpse into your day-to-day:
No two days are the same, but your main responsibilities will include:
Handling guest reservation inquiries efficiently via phone, email, and online platforms
Managing and updating booking systems to ensure accuracy of rates, availability, and guest details
Coordinating closely with front office, sales, and operations teams to support seamless guest experiences
Promoting hotel services, packages, and upgrades to maximize revenue opportunities
Managing multiple reservations and guest requests simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Ensuring all reservations comply with company standards, policies, and responsible business practices
What we need from you:
Bachelor's degree or higher education qualification in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in reservations, front office, or a related hospitality role
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional foreign languages are an advantage
Knowledge of reservation systems and basic revenue management principles
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and multitasking skills
Required certifications or permits as mandated by local regulations
Proficiency in the local language is an added advantage
