Handling reservations made through various channels (phone, email, online platforms, etc.) for club nights, ensuring accuracy and accommodating guest requestA Reservation Agent for a club night primarily handles guest reservations and inquiries for the club's events, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for attendees. This role involves managing bookings, processing payments, providing information about the event, and potentially handling any issues that may arise.
Guest Communication:
Providing information about the club night, including event details, pricing, dress code, and other relevant informationJob Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
