Be responsible in providing the most efficient and courteous hotel reservations service,
Be well-versed in all reservations handling and process; proficient in operating the reservations systems and equipment,
Master and familiarize the room product in terms of rates, layout and physical attributes, breakdown/configuration, benefits and amenities,
Undertake other duties and responsibilities as required by Management
Experience in 5 star luxury hotels in the same role
Loves interacting with guests and customers
Communicates and writes with fluency in English
Enjoys crafting best-fit solutions for guests
Has a can-do attitude
