Cluster Reservations Agent (Arabic Speaker)

Join us if you have an experience in reservations for minimum 2 years in hotel industry, able to communicate in spoken and written English and Arabic, and willing to work in Fujairah.
The followings are the main tasks that you will do.

The followings are the main tasks that you will do.
- Completing administration of reservations very thoroughly and making check-in operations easier for the front desk team;
- Handling reservations by applying the various step-by-step processes defined by the brand;
- Transforming a request for information into a potential reservation as soon as there is an opportunity;
- Rapidly identifying the new customer and modifies the sales pitch accordingly; and
- Informing customers about the services on offer at the hotel and encourages use.
