Respond promptly to all reservation inquiries via phone, email, online booking systems, or in person.
Provide accurate information regarding room types, rates, promotions, packages, and hotel facilities.
Confirm, modify, and cancel reservations in line with hotel policies and procedures.
Ensure special requests (such as early check-in, late check-out, bed type, etc.) are recorded and communicated to relevant departments.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel occupancy, promotions, and services.
Apply upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize revenue (e.g., room upgrades, packages, F&B promotions).
Monitor overbooking situations and coordinate with the Front Office and Revenue team to minimize impact.
Follow yield management strategies as directed by the Reservation & Revenue Supervisor.
Accurately input all reservations into the Property Management System (PMS).
Maintain guest profiles, ensuring information is complete and up-to-date.
Prepare daily and weekly reservation reports as required.
Ensure payment methods, deposits, and guarantees are properly processed.
