An opportunity for an experienced researcher has arisen with functions including reporting to the Recruitment Manager, pro-active sourcing and screening of candidates across a wide range of banking roles.
Job requirements
Previous agency or similar in-house experience within the Banking sector Proven experience and understanding of job portals, Linked-In, and other sourcing methods Excellent English skills Experience in conducting pre-screening interviews via telephone Experience with Recruitment software such as Taleo, I-Recruitment etc Experience in sourcing UAE Nationals would be a distinct advantage
