Education Level: Master\'s degree in Library and Information Science (MLIS) or related field from an accredited institution Facilitate research processes and support stakeholders throughout the research lifecycle. Promote Open Access initiatives for equitable access to scholarly knowledge. Manage publishing processes, including manuscript submission and copyright compliance. Provide training and education on research methodologies and Open Access publishing. Manage and maintain academic databases to ensure access to scholarly resources. Engage in outreach activities to advocate for Open Access initiatives and library resources. Stay informed on emerging trends and best practices in scholarly communication. Contribute expertise to library committees focused on research support services. Provide expert reference services to guide users in accessing scholarly literature.
