Participate in setting the research plans and targets for the center.
Facilitate regular communication across project team members, research operations, administration, leadership, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Develop and implement project management practices, including:
+ Project planning.
+ Developing project-specific milestones and timelines.
+ Tracking and reporting on goals and deliverables to all stakeholders. Assist the project team with quality control reviews, including monitoring data as it is collected.
Facilitate project status updates and meetings, and prepare meeting notes.
Inform the project team of issues, troubleshoot challenges, and recommend solutions.
Maintain relationships with customers, both regionally and internationally.
Anticipate and resolve project timeline and resource conflicts.
Observe work in progress to ensure procedures followed and materials used conform to specifications.
Provide regular reports on project status.
Prepare various types of presentations related to the center's research projects, as needed and assigned.
Participate in writing papers, reports, and articles.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education and Certifications
Preferably a Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Social Science, Business, or Survey Methodology.
Languages
Proficiency in English and Arabic (both written and verbal) at an excellent level.
Experience
Proven experience in project management and familiarity with project management tools.
Knowledge of survey methodology and its various operational components.
Demonstrated proficiency in statistical software such as STATA, SPSS, SAS, or R.
Strong aptitude for math and technology.
Proven ability to work successfully both independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional attention to detail.
