The Senior Projects Manager reports directly to the Executive Director of Dubai Future Labs, focusing on driving research, development, and innovation projects through scientific testing and partnerships, especially in robotics. Role Overview

We seek an experienced leader to manage cross-functional initiatives, ensure strategic project execution, and facilitate collaboration with internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate is passionate about innovation and skilled in managing complex stakeholder ecosystems. Key Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of research and innovation projects, from inception to completion. Assist clients in establishing and understanding their business cases to ensure project value. Define project scopes, milestones, and deliverables aligned with strategic priorities. Maintain high standards of quality while meeting deadlines. Serve as the main liaison among collaborators, industry partners, funding bodies, and internal departments. Establish communication plans and engagement protocols for stakeholder alignment. Identify and mitigate project risks. Adhere to governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and performance metrics. Monitor budgets, resources, and compliance. Drive process improvements and support proposal and IP activities. Track research trends to inform project planning. Communicate regularly with team members and stakeholders to ensure project smoothness. Build valuable partnerships with corporate and government entities to foster innovation. Importance of the Role

BacheloraEUR(TM)s in Engineering, Science, Business, or related field; MasteraEUR(TM)s preferred. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred. 7-10+ years in project or program management, ideally in R&D or innovation. Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope. Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and communication skills. Exceptional planning and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize in high-pressure environments. Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus. Familiarity with research environments, technology commercialization, or public-private partnerships is an asset. Team player willing to support overall success.
