For our Global Research Group, we are looking for an experienced research specialist who is ready to join our department for helping to set-up and coordinate a small research team in our Middle Eastern offices. Our Global Research Group provides research support to all Roland Berger offices across Europe, the Middle East, the Americas and Asia. As Research Manager, you are assisting consulting project teams with a focus on our Middle Eastern growth region but also worldwide with in-depth analysis and market assessments. Besides conducting information searches and analyses, you will carry out short-term project tasks and support internal studies.

• Plan, coordinate and execute assigned research projects.
• Supervise team members on daily basis to complete research projects within the deadline.
• Lead on the production of high-quality research and industry reports.
• Track project progress periodically and report to managing partners.
• Identify areas of improvement and develop new methodologies to meet milestones.
• Monitor and control expenses within the allotted budget.
• Work with proposal teams in preparation of budget and schedule.
• Analyze and resolve research issues promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate with project managers in determining research priorities and developing a research roadmap.
• Identify key challenges and develop appropriate solutions.
• Ensure that research deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
• Collaborate with a global network to advance Roland Berger\'s practice.
• Continuously think of new ideas to bring Roland Berger to the next level in knowledge.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English are a must.
• Advanced degree from a reputed university (in a relevant subject), equivalent qualifications or evidence of equivalent research and analysis experience.
• 5+ years of experience in the research function or related practice with a proven track record.
• Well-developed skills in designing, managing, and delivering a range of research and development projects including effective and efficient resource allocation.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, that ensure work is effectively prioritized to meet deadlines.
• Ability to develop and utilize appropriate quantitative or qualitative methods and tools to support high-quality research and analysis.
• Ability to work under own initiative with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a range of audiences, consultants, and partners.
• Proven skills in writing for and speaking to a range of audiences to ensure impact.
• Understanding and application of a range of research and evaluation methodologies and methods.
• Willing to develop and make a career.
