Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Listing / Resale Consultant to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property listings, handling client inquiries, and facilitating successful resale transactions in the secondary market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and list resale properties on behalf of clients.
- Coordinate and conduct property viewings with potential buyers.
- Maintain accurate records of available listings and client communications.
- Negotiate offers and close deals in compliance with company standards.
- Stay updated with market trends and pricing strategies to advise clients effectively.
- Develop and maintain relationships with property owners and investors.
- Proven experience in real estate, preferably in the UAE resale market.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate laws, procedures, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong sales orientation.
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred).
- RERA certification is a plus.
