For the Etihad Rail project that means delivering a new 650km freight rail network across the United Arab Emirates from the Saudi Arabian border to the Indian Ocean, connecting major industrial ports and economic hubs across the way and redefine logistics and transport in the region, providing a modern, safe, efficient and sustainable network. This is a transformational project for the United Arab Emirates and the wider gulf region, providing a transportation backbone for freight and passengers as part of the UAE\xe2\x80\x99s strategic growth plan. The railway will redefine logistics and transport in the region, providing a modern, safe, efficient and sustainable network which will connect the seven emirates of the UAE to its neighbouring GCC countries. As a Requirements Management Lead, you will work as an integrated member of the Systems Assurance team. You will ensure client satisfaction and help strengthen our project delivery capabilities. You will be responsible for the management of day-to-day requirement activities alongside Contractor deliverables reviews. You will have autonomy over the day-to-day management of Project Requirements and Configuration Management activities and Etihad Rail ComplyPro Requirements database. You will lead on the development and production of Project Requirements Deliverables including Requirements Management Plan, Requirements Management Procedure and Configuration Management Plan alongside the and delivery of the project Configuration Baseline Report. In addition, your duties will include but not limited to:

• Maintaining a Requirements management programme (updated weekly) for Design Reviews.
• Management of the Etihad Rail ComplyPro Requirements Management database includes being point of contact/liaison with Bentley, for issues relating to the ComplyPro Requirements database.
• Management of the project System Requirements Specification (SRS) and Safety Requirements Specification (SafRS) within ComplyPro.
• Provide presentations and training with respect to the requirements management database.
• Review of contractor Requirements related deliverables.
• Development of Requirements related comments to contractor deliverables.
• Supporting the Engineer\xe2\x80\x99s Design team with their requirements (inc ComplyPro database) verification activities.
• Develop matrices and report on information recorded in the ComplyPro Requirements Management database.
• Reporting to SA Manager status of the Requirements information status/development and reviewing processes and procedures. Identifying any shortfalls to allow the information to be escalated to management.
• Ensuring contractor Requirements related documents are reviewed and responded to in a timely manner and in line with the Engineers contractual requirements.
• Support Requirements Engineers in their career development.

Here\xe2\x80\x99s What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Need:
As a successful candidate you will have:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering with experience in systems assurance and engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years in requirements management experience with at least 7 years on rail projects.
• Ability to work autonomously
• Strong written and spoken English
