About the job
We are looking for a talented Student Recruitment Officer to join the American University in the Emirates.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the university student recruitment field.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the university student recruitment field.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Propose and Implement Recruitment Strategies
- Manage Resources for Student Recruitment
- Liaise with college and other AUE departments in implementing recruitment
- Assist in formulating annual recruitment target
- Responsible for meeting the recruitment target
- Responsible for the day-to-day activities and management of recruitment channels and networks
- Responsible for the day-to-day activities which involve visits to institution and entities for the purpose of recruitment
- Plan and execute promotional activities such as Open Days, Fairs and Exhibitions
- Maintain an up to date record of the student recruitment and activities related
- Build strong relationship with keys institution in the UAE for the purpose of student recruitmentCompetencies and Skills Needed:
- Knowledge of multiple point marketing strategies (P2P, B2B, Online and Traditional Media)
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken; Arabic and English
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Working knowledge of UAE higher education sector
- MA or BA in Marketing or relevant alternative plus substantial relevant experience
