Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve productivity and excellence in work performance.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for new hires.
Manage materials, equipment, and resources efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
Conduct regular inspections and quality control assessments to maintain high standards of workmanship.
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors etc. to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
