Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Gather customer requirements (like number of guests and event dates)
- Plan food and beverage menus considering clients\xe2\x80\x99 preferences and special requests
- Determine requirements in ingredients and set portions
- Schedule staff shifts
- Train and manage wait staff and kitchen personnel
- Oversee food preparation and customer service
- Reports on expenses & revenue
- Control and manage the inventory and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Control and coordinate the activities of central kitchen
- Dip./Bachelor Degree from reputed institution
- Excellent written and oral skills
- Minimum 5 years experience in OMAN(8 years over all)
- Must have previous experience in handling hospital food
- Valid driving license(Oman)
- Are you currently available in Oman?
- Do you have proven experience from catering industry?
