Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Gather customer requirements (like number of guests and event dates)
  • Plan food and beverage menus considering clients\xe2\x80\x99 preferences and special requests
  • Determine requirements in ingredients and set portions
  • Schedule staff shifts
  • Train and manage wait staff and kitchen personnel
  • Oversee food preparation and customer service
  • Reports on expenses & revenue
  • Control and manage the inventory and place orders as needed
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Control and coordinate the activities of central kitchen
Requirements
  • Dip./Bachelor Degree from reputed institution
  • Excellent written and oral skills
  • Minimum 5 years experience in OMAN(8 years over all)
  • Must have previous experience in handling hospital food
  • Valid driving license(Oman)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: From RO350.000 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Muscat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
